The Challenge
City Cabs Edinburgh were using a number of suppliers and networks. Contracts ended at various times and support for
the accounts was limited. Connections being used in Taxis caused difficulties in moving networks and suppliers.
The Solution
Indigo, over numerous meetings identified the requirements of City Cabs Edinburgh and built a bespoke contract for
these needs. We project managed the change over by being onsite to facilitate the change in sims and working closely
with the networks to prevent any down-time. We now manage the account directly over a number of networks, putting in
place a support package that allows us to mange usage and spend across various networks.
The Results
City Cabs Edinburgh now have the networks required and dedicated support within Indigo with weekly reports on usage
and spend, allowing for management of users individually. We have managed to reduce costs over a number of years and
continue to work closely with City Cabs to ensure the most relevant package is always available.
