The Challenge
Due to the location of 525 Accountancy, they could not receive Superfast Fibre broadband speeds. This was a real problem due to the fact most of the services they use are in the cloud. At the time of investigation, they had two ADSL connections that were
not properly separated.
The Solution
The original solution was to properly manage the solution. We installed a Datto switch and applied proper network management separating Data and Voice. This did offer am improved service for the main services, however, we did recommend this was to be
swapped out for a CityFibre Leased Line.
The Results
The results were obvious to see right from installation. Improved download speeds meaning all cloud based services were instantly improved. Downloading local copies of email profiles did not stop everyone else working in the office. This is a company
that has massively improved on productivity since going with Indigos recommendations .
