The Challenge

ABGI contacted ourselves to deliver a simple Outbound Dialler System. This was to enable users in their Contact Centre to reach more potential customers and reduce time between calls.

The Solution

After a pre-scoping meeting we would go on to recommend a full Contact Centre solution with 8x8, with a bespoke CRM integration. We also delivered on a Quality Management Solution that reduced the headcount for reviewing calls from 3 staff members to 1, due to the inbuilt AI that identifies call trends to grade calls more easily. This allowed for more people to be on the phone generating leads for the company.

The Results

After 12 months and during a pandemic, due to the success of the deployment, they have doubled the size of their Contact Centre. The implementation of the Quality Management Solution has improved overall Call Quality and customer uptake on the solution they offer.

We have been with Indigo for 2 years. The ability to work remotely enabled our Contact Centre to keep functioning during a pandemic. We also increased our headcount due to the success of the rollout. Very happy overall!
