The Challenge
Ardgowan had aging infrastructure, with a slow Leased Line where every user would come into via VPN due to the Pandemic. Also, a big issue they had previously had was they did not know who had access to which files.
The Solution
Retiring an old File Server and building a SharePoint that gives all users access to Ardgowan’s files in their homes, without the need to connect to the old slow Leased Line. We also installed a new 100meg Leased Line that significantly decreased monthly costs and increased speeds.
The Results
Improved user experience from the new SharePoint. These include increased Team collaboration abilities, allowing Point-In-Time Recoveries for files and keeping everything in an improved User Experience.
